About Us
We are Daan and Bram, two (ex-)Chiro leaders from Langemark who organized events for years: from parties to summer bars, from quizzes to dinners. As group leader and responsible for finances, we kept seeing the same challenge arise: selling tickets online is often expensive, cumbersome and unnecessarily complex.
When we sold tickets ourselves, we kept running into high commission costs. Whether we as organizers paid those costs ourselves, or we had to pass them on to our visitors, it never felt right. Especially not for young people, who like to go to events but are not always financially strong... and then often have to pay almost an extra euro "just to be able to buy a ticket online".
At the same time, we saw how much time and energy it takes to get an event organized. Everything is getting more expensive, and for youth organizations it's becoming increasingly difficult to make a profit without sacrificing quality.
That's why we founded Tickgetr.
Tickgetr was born from our own experience, frustrations and our desire to do better.
Less effort. More revenue. More time for what matters.
