Sponsors on tickets

Give your sponsors a place on every ticket.

The bakery supporting your fundraiser or the local business backing your party can be visible on the ticket itself. Tickgetr lets you add up to six sponsor logos per event. They appear on the PDF tickets buyers receive.

  • Up to six sponsor logos
  • Preview before saving
  • Included on PDF tickets

How do you add sponsor logos to tickets?

Open your event dashboard and go to Edit event. Upload logos in the sponsor fields, check the ticket preview and save your changes. The saved logos are used when tickets are generated. Ideally, prepare them before sharing your presale link.

How do four, five or six sponsors fit?

Tickgetr adjusts the layout to the number of logos. Four sponsors use two rows of two; five and six sponsors use two rows with up to three logos. Each logo keeps its proportions inside a fixed space. A wide wordmark and a tall emblem are not stretched to fill the same area.

Keep the actual logo readable

Ask your sponsor for a sharp logo without large empty margins. Excess whitespace makes the actual logo look smaller, even in a large image file. Check long names and small lettering in the preview. Six spaces are available, but only use the spaces you need.

Can sponsors help cover ticketing costs?

You can agree that with the sponsor. For example, 100 tickets sold in 25 orders of four carry a Tickgetr service fee of 25 × €0.95 = €23.75. A sponsor contribution can help cover that amount. Tickgetr does not arrange the sponsorship agreement or payment between you and the sponsor.

Prepare your sponsors

  1. Collect the logos

Use the correct logo with the sponsor’s permission and ask for a version that remains readable at a small size.

  2. Upload and preview

Open the sponsor fields in Edit event. Check the order and proportions of each logo.

  3. Save before sales start

Save the settings and check a sample ticket. A PDF already delivered to someone’s inbox does not change afterwards.

Practical questions

Do I need to fill all six sponsor fields?

No. Only use the fields you need. Events with one, two or three sponsors can use the same feature.

Will a portrait logo be stretched?

No. Logos keep their aspect ratio. The available width and height determine their size inside the sponsor space.

Can I change logos while sales are running?

You can change the saved sponsor settings. Previously received PDFs do not update automatically, so prepare final logos before the first sale where possible.
