A leisure event on a specific date or during a specific period generally falls under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal. A digital ticket is therefore not automatically a purchase with a fourteen-day cooling-off period. This is separate from rights arising from cancellation or non-performance.
Terms before purchase
Check the event details and the organiser's refund terms. Other types of service may still have a statutory right of withdrawal. Mandatory consumer rights always remain protected.
Cancellation, postponement or a significant change
Contact the organiser
The organiser is the seller of your event ticket and your first contact for cancellation, postponement or a significant change. They must respect their legal obligations and announced terms. Whether a full or partial refund is due depends on the change and applicable law.
Your rights do not automatically expire
Submit your request promptly with the order reference and purchase email address. Tickgetr does not automatically reject a legally valid request merely because fourteen days have passed. Agreed deadlines cannot restrict mandatory rights.
How a refund is handled
Requests and support
Send your request to the contact shown on the event page. If you cannot reach the organiser or need help finding your order, email info@tickgetr.be. Do not share bank passwords or complete ticket QR codes.
Execution and costs
Tickgetr may provide technical refund support on behalf of or on the organiser's instructions. The confirmation states the amount and status. Processing by Digiteal and your bank can take time; a submitted request is not yet an executed bank transfer. Treatment of the ticket price and incurred service or transaction costs follows valid agreements and legal rights; non-refundability is not an absolute rule.
Responsibility
Clear arrangements
Organisers clearly communicate changes and their refund terms. Tickgetr facilitates ticket sales and remains responsible for its own obligations. This explanation does not exclude liability or rights that must be preserved under mandatory law.
