What should a youth group look for in ticketing?
Look beyond the price of a single ticket. For a youth club party or scout fundraiser, group orders, complimentary admission for helpers and a straightforward entrance matter too. Agree who monitors sales and who prepares the scanners. Tickgetr is an independent platform; these types of associations are examples, not official partners.
How much does online ticketing cost?
For a Bancontact payment, the service fee is €0.35 for the first ticket and €0.20 for each additional ticket in the same order. Four tickets together therefore cost €0.95 in service fees; four separate one-ticket orders cost €1.40 in total. This formula uses fixed amounts, not a percentage of the ticket price.

Practical questions
Is Tickgetr a free ticketing system?
You can create an account and event without a subscription. Paid tickets carry the service fee per order. Complimentary tickets provide free admission; this does not mean all paid ticket sales are free.
Can we use it for a dinner or quiz?
Yes. Set up your own event and ticket types. Clearly describe what a ticket includes, such as one person or one team, so buyers and entrance staff follow the same rule.
Do helpers need our organiser password to scan tickets?
No. A phone requests scanner access using the temporary event code. The organiser approves the device in the event dashboard. This provides scanner access without sharing the entire organisation account.
