Can't find your tickets in your inbox?

No worries! You can have your tickets resent to the email address you used to purchase them.

After verification, you will automatically receive a new email with your tickets.

Didn't receive your tickets?

Tickets are normally sent within a few minutes after payment.

Please check first:

  • Your spam or junk folder
  • Whether you entered the correct email address during purchase

Entered the wrong email address at purchase?

If you accidentally entered the wrong email address when placing your order, please contact the event organizer. The organizer can locate your order through the event dashboard or app and assist you further.
