Do fixed ticketing fees mean every ticket costs the same?
You set the admission price of your tickets. The Tickgetr service fee follows a fixed formula: €0.35 for the first ticket and €0.20 for each additional ticket in the same Bancontact order. No percentage of your ticket price is added. The average service fee per ticket therefore depends on how many tickets are ordered together.
Does the organiser or the buyer pay the service fee?
Choose this when creating your event. If the buyer pays, the service fee is added to the order total. If the organiser pays, your organisation bears the cost. You can change this in Edit event until the first ticket sale; the choice is locked afterwards.
How do I compare the cheapest ticket platform for our event?
