Get to the right help quickly

Choose the route that matches your question. Share only the details needed to investigate it and keep passwords, active scanner codes and full ticket QR codes out of email.

Tickets and orders

For a missing ticket or a question about an order, start with the event and order details.

Use the lost-ticket page to resend a delivered ticket.
For programme, admission or refund decisions, contact the event organiser first.
For a technical order issue, include the event name, purchase email and order identifier.

Organisers and scanners

For scanner help, provide enough device context to reproduce the problem without exposing attendee data.

Include the event ID, app version, phone model and Android or iOS version.
Describe whether the device was online, offline or reconnecting.
Do not send an active enrolment code, scanner token or complete attendee list.

Privacy requests

Ask for access, correction or deletion by email so the request can be verified and tracked.

Use the subject Privacy request.
Include the email address, event name and order identifier needed to find the record.
The event organiser may need to handle requests about event-specific attendee fields.

Share safely

Send context, not credentials

A screenshot can help, but crop out QR codes, scanner enrolment codes, payment details and unrelated attendee information before sending it.
